1. How much is shipping?

Free!

All product pricing includes the cost of shipping, anywhere in the world, via EMS (Express Mail Service). There is no additional cost for shipping.


2. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We have thousands of happy customers all over the world who have received their products in a quick and efficient manner.


3. How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, excluding weekends.

Shipping worldwide typically takes anywhere from 3-7 business days.


4. Can you ship to my hotel?

Yes! As long as you have a reservation for the hotel in advance, and order with us in advance, there is no problem! We can always arrange delivery while you are traveling, as long as we have enough time. We often ship to hotels while clients are traveling and hotels are always willing to hold packages until you arrive, as well.


5. Can you ship via DHL or FedEx (not EMS)?

We ship to dozens of countries around the world, and we have found EMS (Express Mail Service) to be the most consistently reliable and quickest shipping method available.  For any shipments worldwide, we always use EMS.


6. Do you include a tracking number?

We provide a tracking number, via e-mail, as soon as your order has been shipped.


7. Where can I track the location of my shipment?

You can track your shipment with the tracking number provided to you at every step of your order's journey.

Once your shipment reaches its final destination country, it will be traceable through that country’s postal system.

We recommend a website called Track-Trace to track the location of your shipment. It is easy to use. Simply input your tracking number into the tracking box and click the button labeled "Track with options." A screen will load that displays the current shipment details. To track your order once it arrives in your country, simply click the tab at the top labeled "Select country." At this next screen, you can select the shipment destination country (your location) to track your shipment until it reaches your door!
